During that call, you’ll learn more details, get all your questions answered, and confirm your spot by making the initial reservation..
It’s a personalized and friendly process because I want to make sure every group is well balanced and the experience is amazing for everyone.
The price covers everything you need to enjoy the experience without worries: accommodation, internal transportation, main activities and my guidance throughout the entire adventure.Depending on the destination, some meals, entrance fees to specific sites, or other extras may also be included.

Yes, and it’s actually the most common! Most travelers join the trip on their own, which helps create a truly authentic group connection.
Within just a few days, a close and friendly atmosphere forms, and you’ll feel part of the group from the very first moment.
Ideally, you should book at least 2 to 3 months in advancesince group sizes are small and spots fill up quickly. If you discover a trip last minute, feel free to reach out anyway, sometimes a spot opens up, or I can let you know if someone cancels. There’s always a chance for spontaneous travelers!
No, you don’t need to have volunteered before. All you need is an open mind and the desire to contribute. From day one, I’ll be there to guide and support you throughout the entire process so you can enjoy an authentic, enriching experience with real impact.

I design each experience based on real, lived journeys, always aiming to connect with what’s authentic, going beyond the typical, and prioritizing human connection, discovery, and learning. All groups are small and carefully selected, because I believe a great trip starts with the people you share it with.
Yes. For a trip to take place, there must be a minimum of 6 participants.
The maximum number of travelers is indicated in each trip announcement, and it’s never a large group. I like to keep things close-knit and friendly.

That’s why the more people join (up to the limit), the lower the individual cost.Each itinerary clearly explains the price ranges based on group size.
You don’t need to be especially fit to travel with Viajavi Travels.
While some destinations may include walks or light physical activity, everything is adapted to the group and designed so everyone can enjoy without pressure.
If a trip requires a higher level of fitness (like treks), it will be clearly stated in the itinerary.

If the trip doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants and has to be canceled, 100% of your deposit will be refunded..
If you decide to cancel after your spot has been confirmed, the initial deposit is non-refundable,as it secures your place and allows the experience to be organized with confidence.
The remaining balance (if already paid) can be partially refunded depending on how many days are left before departure:
- More than 45 days before departure → 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Between 30 and 45 days → 25% refund..
- Less than 30 days → No refundsunless someone else takes your place.
If you’ve purchased a cancellation insurance policy,you may request a refund directly from the insurer, provided the reason is covered. I’ll provide all the necessary documents to support your claim.
