A Journey That Changed My Life

My name is Javi, and from a very young age, I knew that traveling made me feel more alive. I started exploring Spain with my parents, but it was a year abroad in Ireland that sparked a deep need to discover the world on my own.

Life took me to incredible places, but nothing impacted me as much as a volunteering experience in Uganda.I went alone, searching for answers, and ended up staying two months. That journey changed the way I see travel, people, and life itself.

Since then, I haven’t stopped. I’ve coordinated volunteer houses, worked in Saudi Arabia, explored East Africa and Southeast Asia, and lived stories that don’t fit in a suitcase.

I’ve traveled solo, with friends, by car, by motorbike... always with one clear idea: true travel isn’t about collecting destinations, but about connecting with what lies beneath each place.

That’s how Viajavi Travelswas born. A different way of traveling. Freer, more human, more real.
